Michelle McGovern joined ZRA in November 2020. Michelle serves as the Executive Assistant to the President of ZRA. Mrs. McGovern performs clerical duties, coordinates and maintains records and assists in special projects. Additionally, Mrs. McGovern supports ZRA’s consultant staff and assists in providing technical assistance, quality management, and quality analyses. Mrs. McGovern conducts research and writing and ensures quality standards on project deliverables. Mrs. McGovern provides support to senior consultants, managers, and supervisors on the implementation of ZRA’s development, implementation, and process improvement initiatives.
Michelle’s previous work experience includes accounts payables specialist and loan processing assistant. Mrs. McGovern previously owned and operated a small business in her community.
Michelle attended culinary school at walnut hill college in Philadelphia, with an emphasis on pastry arts.
