Keith Anderson has over 25 years of professional experience in project management and game & simulation development. In 1995, they began their career in the US Army as a Military Police. In 2009, they joined Obelisk Entertainment as a Project Manager - Game & Level Development, where they were responsible for managing design projects for multiple clients and training two individual contributors. Keith also designed and programmed Unity user interface menus, features, and levels using JavaScript and C#. In 2015, Anderson took on the role of Project Manager - Game & Simulation Development, successfully managing projects for major companies such as Unity technologies, ArcGIS, Bethesda Game Studios, and the Department of Defense (DoD). Keith also created customized training videos and knowledge-based reference articles for each client, and formulated coding standards and evaluated technical feasibility of each project. In 2019, Anderson joined Zekiah Technologies as a Game & Simulation Developer, managing the performance of three Government Employees while overseeing the MQ8 - Military Helicopter Drone Project. Keith also researched and developed integration between MACE and Flight Analyst software. Anderson currently works as a Project Manager at Digital Arc Systems, where they are accountable for planning and allocating resources, preparing budgets, monitoring progress, performance metrics, marketing tactics, and e-commerce results. Keith also leads a multifaceted team of 11 contributors and conducts weekly team meetings and standups to deliver operation report updates to all stakeholders.
