Hendrik Kruempelmann

Hendrik Kruempelmann has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Hendrik is currently working as the Chief of Staff at ZeKju since May 2023. Previously, they served as the Manager of Data Strategy at InstaFreight from May 2022 to April 2023. From May 2019 to October 2021, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Oliver Wyman, where they designed a deep learning-tool for a global universal bank to determine credit risk and led a workstream to develop a methodology for calculating the financed emissions of the bank. Hendrik also identified inventory reduction potential through machine learning tools and supported a European plant manufacturer in company reorganization planning. Before that, they worked as a Working Student in Valuation & Strategy at PwC from March to November 2018 and participated in a Student-Run Business Consultancy Project at LMU from April to July 2018. Hendrik gained further work experience as a Working Student in the CEO Office at VISPIRON GmbH from May to August 2017, an Intern in the Market Unit Asia Pacific at PERI from January to July 2016, a Consulting Intern in Controlling & Finance at Horváth & Partners Management Consultants from August to December 2015, an Intern in Audit at EY in January and February 2014, and a Consulting Intern in Investor Relations at cometis AG from June to August 2013.

Hendrik Kruempelmann completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Administration at the University of Mannheim from 2012 to 2015. During their studies, they also participated in an exchange semester at the Singapore Management University in 2014. Subsequently, they went on to pursue a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Business Administration at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München from 2016 to 2019. In 2017, they took part in another exchange semester, this time at Tongji University.
