Fana Hailu

Fana Hailu is a Master's student in Developmental Economics at the University of Florence, with ongoing studies since October 2024. Fana has served as a Creative Researcher at Zeleman Communications since January 2022, focusing on seasonal trends and art direction for various advertising projects. Previous roles include Account Executive at SAICA Ethiopia Trading Plc, Import Coordinator at Azuze Overseas Recruitment Agency, and Marketing Manager at The i-Capital Africa Institute. Fana also held positions as a Business Analyst at VIVA Tech, Data Entry Specialist at MobTenders, and Marketing Manager with AIESEC in Ethiopia, where leadership roles included Local Committee President and Local Committee Vice President of Marketing and Communication. Fana holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Addis Ababa University, completed in 2018.
