Yair de la Cruz

Yair De la Cruz has extensive experience in IT support and incident management, currently serving as Panel GST at Zelenza since March 2023, focusing on effective response to client-reported incidents and proposing improvements for IT services. Previously, Yair worked at Lumen Technologies as a Technical Service Center II from June 2017 to May 2022, where responsibilities included rapid analysis of critical failures and reducing incident occurrences through preventative maintenance. At Netready LATAM from January 2014 to January 2017, Yair monitored server operations and diagnosed faults for the Banco Central de Venezuela, while also escalating issues to network administrators. Early career experience includes IT assistance at BekeSantos Venezuela from January 2011 to January 2014, providing multi-platform support and software installations. Yair holds a degree in Informatics and Communications from IUTIRLA, completed in January 2013.
