Phil Fogerite has a long and varied work history in the gaming industry. In 2005, they began their career as an Art Director/Lead Character Artist at Squad 7. In 2007, they moved to Edge of Reality where they held various roles including Game Designer - System Designer, Game Designer - Level Designer, and Game Designer - Mission Designer/Scripter. In 2012, they changed roles again to become a Systems Designer at Turbine. From 2015 to 2019, they were self-employed as a Design and Product Management Consultant. In 2019, they established their own company, Phil Fogerite Consulting, LLC, where they provided Product Management and Game Development consulting services. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Chief Product Officer at Zelgor Games, where they are responsible for overseeing product strategy and optimizing both player experience and commercial success.

Phil Fogerite obtained an Associate of Science degree in Computer Animation from Full Sail University in 2006. Phil also holds a Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance.
