Alok Goenka

Alok Goenka has over 24 years of work experience in various finance roles. Alok is currently serving as the Head of Finance, India at Zelis since April 2023. Prior to this, Alok worked at SPECTRAFORCE India as the Senior Director of Finance from January 2021 to April 2023, Director of Finance from April 2017 to January 2021, and Associate Director of Finance from April 2015 to March 2017. From 2009 to 2014, they worked as the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at ELECTRONIC ARTS GAMES (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED. Before that, they served as the Service Delivery Manager at WNS from May 2007 to June 2009. Alok also has experience as a Financial Analyst at Deloitte from July 2004 to May 2007, a Senior Process Associate at Genpact from April 2001 to July 2004, and a Finance Officer at Susknit Garment Exports from November 2000 to March 2001. Alok began their career as an Article ship for Chartered Accountancy at R.K. Patodi & Co. from September 1997 to September 2000, where they assisted in various financial activities such as finalizing accounts, computing taxes, conducting audits, and reviewing accounting systems.

Alok Goenka has a diverse education history. In 1983, they completed their Madhyamik degree from Shri Daulatram Nopany Vidyalaya. Alok then went on to complete their 10+2 education at Shree Jain Vidyalaya from 1994 to 1996. Alok pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from The Bhawanipur Education Society College between 1996 and 1999. In 1997, they started pursuing Chartered Accountancy - Inter from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, which they completed in 2000. Additionally, they also pursued Company Secretaries - Inter Gr 2 from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India during the same period. In 2004, Alok completed the Essentials of Management and Leadership program from Harvard Business School Online. Alok then pursued EPBM in Business and General Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in 2005-2006. Most recently, they have been perusing CMA - Certified Management Accountant from the Institute of Management Accountants from 2014 to 2015.
