Carolyn Lewis has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Carolyn started their career as an HMO Inquiry Services Representative at Blue Cross of Northeastern Pennsylvania in 1998. Carolyn then joined SERVING SENIORS, INC as an Ombudsman Program Director, advocating for the rights of nursing and personal care home residents.
