Dawn Pataki

Dawn Pataki is currently the Senior Vice President of People & Culture at Zelis since October 2021. Before that, they worked at Vanguard as a Human Resources Leader from July 2019 to October 2021. Prior to that, they had an extensive career at Merck, where they held various roles, including Executive Director of Human Resources for Global Human Health and Executive Director of Learning & Development at Merck Research Laboratories. Dawn also worked at Campbell Soup as a Director of Human Resources from 2000 to 2003 and at Archway Programs as the Vice President of Human Resources from 1995 to 2000.

Dawn Pataki holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Rutgers University. Dawn also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature, General from the same institution.
