Jen Fabas

Jen Fabas serves as the Senior Director of Strategy & Innovation at Zelis since August 2022 and is also a co-leader of the Pride Business Resource Group. Prior to this role, Jen held various positions at Cigna from March 2015 to August 2022, including Director of Innovation Research and Design, leading a team focused on developing next-generation products based on user insights. Jen's expertise includes foundational research, ideation workshops, and prototype development, contributing substantial value to product innovation. Earlier, Jen worked as an Independent Consultant from 2013 to 2015, providing market insights and commercial strategies in healthcare, and held roles at Merck & Co., Inc. as Vaccine Digital Channel Manager, enhancing digital experiences for healthcare providers. Additional experience includes an MBA Summer Associate role at Pfizer and an Associate position at Charles River Associates, where analytical skills were applied to economic efficiency and operational cost reduction. Jen holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA in Economics and Mathematics from Vassar College, complemented by completion of a Coach Training Program at CTI.
