Joe Seoane

Joe Seoane is an experienced professional in procurement and management with a comprehensive background in overseeing significant financial operations and leading procurement initiatives. Currently serving as the Purchasing Manager at Zelis since November 2021, Joe also holds the position of Principal at Professional Procurement Consultants LLC since November 2018. As Head of Procurement, Travel, and Risk Management at Amadeus North America, Inc. since May 2008, Joe managed procurement, inventory, and travel expenditures amounting to $65 million annually, achieving savings of $3 million. Previously, as Director of Procurement and Distribution Services at Assurant Solutions from August 2001 to January 2008, Joe led procurement and distribution operations across numerous locations. Joe holds an MBA in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University and a BBA in Finance from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras.
