Samantha Cleaves

Samantha Cleaves is a professional with extensive experience in client experience management, having worked at Zelis as Client Experience Division Manager, Lead Client Experience Manager, and Client Experience Manager. Prior to Zelis, Samantha held the position of Assistant Manager at Massage Envy, where Samantha was responsible for member account maintenance, employee training, scheduling, and customer service. Samantha is currently pursuing a Master's degree in MBA at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, building upon their Bachelor's degree in Computer Management Information Systems from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
