Terry Mack

Terry Mack is an experienced Client Relationship Manager, currently at Zelis since December 2018, with a prior role at Payspan, Inc., also as Client Relationship Manager. Previously, Terry served as an Implementation Consultant and HRIS Consultant at Paycor, managing project implementations of HRIS modules, coordinating client transitions to Paycor’s platform, and training new users while enhancing client retention. Prior experience includes a Regional HR Specialist position at Fifth Third Bank, where processes and reporting for HR tasks were developed, along with roles as an HR Systems Analyst and Network Analyst. Terry holds a BBA in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business and has a background in Computer Information Systems from The Ohio State University.
