Partnerships Lead at Zeller

Chris Rich has extensive work experience in the field of customer success, operations management, and partnerships. From 2022 to present, they have been the Partnerships Lead at Zeller. From 2017 to 2022, they were the Head of Customer Success, Australia at Square, where they created tools to help businesses start, run, and grow. From 2010 to 2017, they worked at Apple, where they held the roles of Senior Manager, Manager, and ASLP Associate. Lastly, from 2007 to 2010, they were the Operations Manager at WA Youth Music Association, where they managed rehearsals, concerts, and events for over 400 musicians.

Chris Rich has a varied educational background. Chris obtained a BMus from The University of Western Australia in 2007, a BSc in Computer Science and Business Administration from Curtin University in 2004, and is currently enrolled in a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at Melbourne Business School, which they expect to complete in 2024. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications from LinkedIn, "Managing High Potentials" and "Performance Management: Setting Goals and Managing Performance", in April 2020.
