Elias Kinfegebriel

Ato Elias joined Zemen Bank in December 2008 with a professional position at the Human Resource Department. Elias leads the Human resource and Support services Divisions and ensures alignment of operations with Zemen’s goals. Elias brings with him over 10 years of experience in Human Resource and Operations management. Prior to joining Zemen, He worked at Ambassel Trading house, SATCON Construction and Aggar Micro Finance Institution on several posts. His last position at Aggar Microfinance was as the institutions Acting Operations Manager. Ato Elias received his Master’s in Business Administration from the International Leadership Institute and has a B.A. in Management from the Addis Ababa University.
