Jose Ignacio Rengifo

Jose Ignacio Rengifo has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Jose Ignacio started their career at On Data S.A. in 2004, where they began as a web developer and eventually became the Managing Director. In this role, they developed digital strategies and solutions for advertising agencies, led the technical team, and acted as a Project Manager. Jose Ignacio successfully implemented projects such as Millas Libres Bancolombia and The Carulla Online Store. In 2010, they joined Zemoga, Inc. as a Senior Project Manager, responsible for leading development teams, project planning, budget management, and scope definition. Later, in 2014, they worked as a Global Digital Specialist at Millicom, where they were in charge of developing and implementing the product "Mi Tigo App" in various Latin American countries. Jose Ignacio defined functional requirements, negotiated priorities, and led development teams using the SCRUM Framework. In 2016, Jose joined Zemoga, Inc. again, this time as a Delivery Manager, overseeing projects for Media & Entertainment clients, implementing OTT solutions for major content distributors in the USA. Jose Ignacio facilitated communication, managed digital product requirements, and ensured flawless delivery for new releases. In 2020, they took on the role of PMO Director at Zemoga, Inc., where they focused on team growth, implementation of PMO processes, methodology development, and optimizing work engagement strategies.

Jose Ignacio Rengifo attended Universidad EAFIT from 2000 to 2007, where they obtained a degree in Ingeniero de Sistemas with a focus on Desarrollo de Software (Software Development). In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained certifications, including the Certified Scrum@Scale Practitioner from Scrum Inc. in April 2021 and the Professional Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org in July 2015.
