Laura Sofia Romero Albarracin

Laura Sofia Romero Albarracin is an experienced Ops Analyst currently working at Formula.Monks and Zemoga since April 2022, where responsibilities include generating actionable strategies for business operations through process and data analysis. Previously, Laura held the role of Process Analyst and Continuous Improvement and Transformation Intern at Comdata España & Latam, focusing on enhancing the internal customer experience for over 2000 agents. Laura has also been actively involved with the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers as Vice President and contributed as an academic advisor. Additional experience includes designing a Comprehensive Management System for Abcontrol Ingeniería S.A.S and overseeing national test applications at Grupo ASD. Laura holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas and has pursued additional educational opportunities in English and industrial engineering at the University of Pennsylvania and Universidad de Chile, respectively.
