Lahka Egbert has extensive experience in human resources and client services, spanning various roles and companies. Currently, Egbert holds the position of Vice President, People Operations at Zempleo, where they lead and mentor a team in developing client service strategy. Prior to this, Egbert worked at Evergent Group as a Director of HR Operations and Client Services, and at Amerit Consulting as a Senior Client Services Manager. With a BSBA in Management & Organizational Behavior and International Business from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, Egbert's career has focused on managing staffing, compliance, and client relationships in the HR field.
