Alexandra (Sasha) Powell is an experienced documentation manager and technical author with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Documentation Manager and OpRes and BCP Coordinator at Zempler Bank, Alexandra manages the documentation of operational resilience assessments and business continuity plans. Previous roles include providing technical writing services through Online User Guides Ltd, where Alexandra specialized in "Spaghetti Mapping" for multiple clients, including Cashplus Bank and Kantar. Additionally, Alexandra has held contract technical author positions in various companies, such as The London Clinic, Geocent, Avaya, and Stratus Technologies, contributing to technical documentation and user guides tailored to diverse industries, including fintech, healthcare, and telecommunications. Alexandra holds a BA Hons degree in English and Drama from Brunel University.
