National Talent Acquisition Director at Zemsania Global Group

Carmen González has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Carmen started their career in 2005 as an RRHH intern at Randstad. From there, they moved on to Ajilon as a Selection Technician in 2005 and worked until 2006. In 2007, they joined SOGETI - Grupo Capgemini as a Human Resources Technician. Also in 2007, they joined Zemsania Global Group as the North Director for Human Resources in the ICT sector, a position they held for several years. In 2012, they took on the role of HR Manager for the UK business unit in London at Zemsania Global Group. Currently, they work as the National Talent Acquisition Director at Zemsania Global Group, a position they started in January 2022.

Carmen González obtained a Licenciatura in Psychology specializing in Social and Work Psychology from the Universidad de Santiago de Compostela from 2000 to 2005. Carmen also completed a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the Escuela Negocios Caixanova in 2005-2006. In 2009, they pursued a Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention with a triple specialty at the Centro Iniciativas Profesionales. Additionally, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Universidad Nebrija from 2010 to 2011. Carmen also obtained various certifications, including a FIRST CERTIFICATE from the University of Cambridge in 2014, a B2 Level Certification from Trinity College, Dublin in 2013, and attended an English conversation course at BLS English in 2012.
