Richie Adetimehin is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and ServiceNow solutions. Currently a Transformation Lead Consultant at Zen & Art, Richie focuses on maximizing the returns from ServiceNow AI investments through improved resolution times and operational efficiency. As CEO of Visani America since December 2015, Richie has demonstrated leadership and strategic vision. Previous roles include serving as ITSM Leader at W. L. Gore & Associates, where Richie developed implementation strategies and defined KPIs, and as Director of ITSM at Takeda, where strategic modernization of enterprise service management was a key focus. Richie's background also includes roles at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Deloitte, and ServiceNow, highlighting a strong commitment to enhancing IT and business user experiences through tailored solutions and process optimization.
