Gabrysia Kowalska

Gabrysia Kowalska is an experienced Operations Manager at ZEN.COM, with tenure beginning in March 2018. In this role, Gabrysia focuses on establishing integration priorities, participating in the implementation of customer service solutions, and designing user journeys, along with creating documentation for clients. Previously, Gabrysia held positions as Operations Assistant and Operations Supervisor at Teyon from March 2010 to March 2015. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Operations Research from Instytut Nauk Ekonomicznych Polskiej Akademii Nauk (2005-2009) and a Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management and Supervision.
