Finlay Adamson

Finlay Adamson is an experienced development and project manager currently serving as the Development Manager at ZEN Energy since April 2022, where responsibilities include leading the Western Sydney Pumped Hydro Project and the development phase of the Templers BESS project, alongside the identification of confidential greenfield projects. Prior to this, Finlay worked at Melbourne Water from October 2015 to April 2022, managing various sewerage, environmental, civil, and drainage projects, and held a secondment focused on water infrastructure projects in Melbourne. Experience also includes roles as a Design Engineer at Beca and an Environmental Engineer at KBR, Inc. Finlay's education includes a Diploma in Leadership and Management from Swinburne University, a Water Leadership Program certificate from the International WaterCentre, and a dual Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science and Environmental Engineering from RMIT University, complemented by a study abroad program in Water Resources Engineering at DTU - Technical University of Denmark.
