Ethan Jackson has a diverse work experience spanning from 2014 to the present. Ethan began their career as a Sales Representative at River Island in 2014. Ethan then worked as an Apprentice Network Engineer at Azzurri Communications from 2015 to 2016. Following this, they joined Maintel and had two roles there. Firstly, as a 1st Line Support - ADSL Engineer from 2017 to 2018, where they provided assistance and resolved issues for Carpetrights/Martin McColls. Secondly, they worked as an Apprentice Network Engineer from 2016 to 2017, gaining skills in managing Cisco, HP, and Aruba equipment. Subsequently, Ethan moved to Daisy Communications in 2018, where they initially held the role of First Line Incident Management Specialist, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with various lines and working with Gamma products. Later, they transitioned to an offline position focusing on EFM & Leased Lines. In 2021, Ethan joined UKFast as a Network Engineer, where they provided customer support, acted as an escalation point for junior engineers, and participated in change control discussions. Currently, Ethan is working as a Core Network Engineer at Zen Internet, starting in 2022.

Ethan Jackson attended Burnley College from 2015 to 2017, where they pursued an Advanced Apprenticeship in ICT Systems & Principles.

In terms of additional certifications, Ethan received multiple certifications from Cisco and Juniper Networks. Ethan obtained the Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT) certification from Cisco in November 2019, followed by the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) certification in February 2020.

From Juniper Networks, Ethan obtained the Juniper Networks Certified Associate, Junos (JNCIA-Junos) certification in October 2021. Ethan then acquired the Juniper Networks Certified Design Associate (JNCDA) certification in February 2022.

In 2022, Ethan received the Juniper Networks Certified Specialist, Enterprise Routing & Switching (JNCIS-ENT) certification in December.

In 2023, Ethan completed multiple certifications, including the Cisco Champion 2022 certification in January and the Juniper Networks Certified Specialist, Service Provider Routing & Switching (JNCIS-SP) certification, Juniper Networks Certified Associate, Data Center (JNCIA-DC) certification, and the JNCIA certification (JNCIA x 3) from Juniper Networks, all obtained in January.
