Laura Krystek

Laura Krystek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT support and people development. Currently serving as a Learning & Talent Partner at Zen Internet since May 2008, Laura has progressed through various roles, including leading a team of Desktop Engineers, managing a company-wide buddy scheme, and actively participating in initiatives for mental health awareness and diversity in technology. Prior experience includes positions at Cable&Wireless Worldwide as a Service Desk Advocate and at Expotel as a Reservations Consultant. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from Bangor University and has furthered education with Level 3 Counselling Skills at Tameside College.
