Liam Grant has a diverse work experience spanning several years. In 2016, they worked as a Floor Staff at DECKERS HOSPITALITY GROUP LIMITED. From 2017 to 2019, they joined the hospitality team at Manchester Arena, where they took care of the VIP Suites, managed finances, and worked in function rooms as part of a team. In 2018, Liam had a Summer Internship at Anexsys Ltd, where they observed the process of obtaining data for clients in legal suits and learned about client communication. From 2019 to 2022, Liam held the position of Technical Support Analyst at ZenOffice. Liam later transitioned to Zen Internet, starting as a Technical Support Consultant in January 2022 and then as a Desktop Support Engineer from May 2022 onwards.

Liam Grant completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Forensics & Security from The Manchester Metropolitan University, which they attended from 2015 to 2018. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including the CompTIA Network+ ce Certification from CompTIA in November 2020 and the BCS Level 4 Certificate in Network Security (603/0546/0) from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, in February 2020. Liam also holds the BCS Level 4 Certificate in Network Systems and Architecture (603/0547/2) from the same institution, which they obtained in January 2020. Liam recently acquired the De-Escalating Conversations for Customer Service certification from LinkedIn in February 2022.
