Payroll Manager & Benefits Administrator at Zen Internet

Michelle Thompson has extensive work experience in the field of HR and administration. Michelle started their career in 1996 as a Customer Sales Advisor at Woolworths PLC and worked there until 1998. From 1998 to 2000, they worked as a Customer Services Advisor at Carcraft. Michelle then returned to Woolworths PLC and took on the role of Payroll Executive from 2000 to 2003, followed by the role of HR Administrator from 2003 to 2008.

In 2008, Michelle joined Hill-Duckworth Estate Agents as an Office Administrator for a brief period of five months. Later in the same year, they joined Zen Internet as an HR Administrator and held this position until 2014. During their tenure at Zen Internet, they also served as the HR Administrator/PA to the MD from 2014 to 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they were appointed as an HR Administrator, and then they became the Payroll Manager & HR Co-ordinator from 2017 to 2019. Currently, Michelle is employed by Zen Internet as the Payroll Manager & Benefits Administrator, a position they have held since September 2019.

Michelle Thompson attended Wardle High School from 1990 to 1995, where they obtained 9 GCSE's in various subjects including Media Studies, Music, French, Geography, English Lang, English Lit, Food Tech, Maths, and Sciences. Following their time at Wardle High School, they enrolled at Oldham Sixth Form College from 1995 to 1997, where they pursued A-Levels in Media Studies, Dance, and Sociology.
