Neil Coulson

Neil Coulson has extensive experience in network engineering and technical support, currently serving at Zen Internet since April 2008 in various roles, including Network Engineer, NOC Engineer, Service Assurance Engineer, Senior NOC Engineer, and Technical Support Team Coach. Responsibilities encompass monitoring and diagnostics of managed customer services and critical network infrastructure on a 24/7 basis, troubleshooting leased line faults, and training both new starters and existing staff. Prior to Zen Internet, Neil was a Deputy Shift Leader at the Bank of England from January 2003 to January 2008.
