William Tewiah

William Tewiah has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. William currently serves as the Chairman of the Board for the Association of Oil Marketing Companies in Ghana. Prior to this, they held the position of Non-Executive Board Member at Lead for Ghana.

With an extensive background in the oil and gas sector, William Tewiah played a significant role in establishing ZEN Petroleum Ltd as a downstream Oil Marketing Company. As the Managing Director, they focused on B2B activities, specifically in the mining, bunkering, and construction sectors in West Africa. Under their leadership, ZEN Petroleum successfully operated over 40 filling stations and managed millions of liters of fuel and lubricants each month.

Before venturing into the oil industry, William Tewiah worked as a Senior Analyst at UBS and as a Senior Financial Analyst at ABN Amro Investment Bank. William also served as a Financial Application Consultant at the Bank of England.

William Tewiah's earlier experiences include working as a Business Analyst at Credit-Suisse and as a Senior Business Analyst at Schroders Asset Management. William was also a Senior Analyst at Deutsche Börse, where they played a crucial role in the Integrated Clearinghouse project.

Prior to these roles, William Tewiah started their career as a Senior Business Analyst at PwC.

William Tewiah completed an Associate's Degree in Banking & Finance from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, they attended Presbyterian Boys Secondary School in Accra, Ghana from 1979 to 1986. William also attended Catholic Boys Primary School in Saltpond, Ghana, although the duration of their studies there is unknown.
