Ron Lamb

Ron Lamb has a diverse and extensive work experience. Ron is currently a Fitness Advisory Council member at Augie's Quest to Cure ALS, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they served as the CEO of Motionsoft starting in 2020. Ron also held the positions of President and CEO at Daxko, CEO at Zen Planner, Club Automation, and Affiliated Acceptance Corporation. Ron served as an Outside, Independent Director at Nebula from 2018 to 2020, during which time the company underwent a successful business combination resulting in the formation of Open Lending. Ron also served as a Vice Chairman and Director on the Board of Directors at YMCA of the Pikes Peak Region starting in 2020. Before their involvement in the fitness and wellness industry, they worked at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company, where they held various positions including President and Senior Vice President. Ron started their career as a Sales Trainee and progressed through various sales and management roles at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company, achieving notable successes and recognition along the way. Ron is a versatile professional with experience in leadership, sales, marketing, and strategic transformation.

Ron Lamb attended Princeton University from 1985 to 1989, although it is unclear what degree or field of study they pursued during this time. In 1997, they enrolled at Loyola University Maryland and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance and Marketing in 1999. In 2004, Ron Lamb participated in the Executive MBA Course at Penn State Smeal MBA Program, where they studied Leadership and Strategy. In 2015, they served as the Commencement Speaker for the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society at Wright State University. Additionally, Ron Lamb had experience as a Guest Lecturer at Mays Business School - Texas A&M University from 2012 to 2014 and at the University of Dayton from 2010 to 2013.
