Justin Louie

Justin Louie is an experienced IT Specialist and Electronic Records Manager currently contracted to the National Science Foundation (NSF) through ZEN STRATEGICS LLC, with a focus on records management policy evaluation and compliance with National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) mandates. Prior to this role, Justin served as a Records Management Subject Matter Expert for General Dynamics Information Technology, where responsibilities included project management and policy evaluation for the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board. Justin has a background in records management and training within the Department of Homeland Security, as well as experience in data analysis and technology support, having worked with various organizations including the Defense Health Agency and TRICARE. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Technology from Virginia Tech.
