Vikram Bhaskar

Vikram Bhaskar has extensive experience in various technical and managerial roles. Vikram is currently a Technical Project Manager / Service Delivery Manager at ZEN3 since September 2021. In this role, they are responsible for managing the delivery of a portfolio of engagements, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing service improvements through automation and knowledge management.

Prior to their current role, Vikram worked at Mindtree from 2013 to 2021. During their tenure, they served as a Technical Program Manager, leading a team responsible for proactively addressing issues impacting customer workloads. Vikram also developed various modules and automated reports for AzureSight. Additionally, they held the position of Technical Manager, where they managed incident and problem management for the Global Data Center Operations division, developed PowerBI dashboards, and implemented application automations.

Before joining Mindtree, Vikram worked as a Technical Consultant at Novisync Solutions, Inc. from May 2013 to August 2013, and as a Technical Consultant at Academic Technology & eLearning from March 2012 to May 2013. At both companies, they performed a range of technical tasks, including manual testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer.

Prior to their consulting roles, Vikram worked as a Systems Engineer at Hewlett-Packard GlobalSoft Limited from April 2011 to January 2012. Vikram also served as a Technical Consultant at Sequel Mynd Solutions Pvt Ltd from March 2010 to April 2011, where they worked on a data center upgrade and migration project for Karnataka State Police.

Vikram started their career as an Associate - Operations at Fidelity Business Services India Pvt. Ltd. from April 2009 to March 2010. Vikram then worked as a Business Development Executive & System Administrator at Human Frames from January 2008 to March 2009, managing the technology infrastructure for the company.

Lastly, Vikram gained initial experience as a Project Trainee at Koteshwar Software and Technology Consultants Pvt. Ltd. from December 2006 to January 2008. During this time, they worked on projects related to email mining and order tracking using Appfuse application.

Vikram Bhaskar completed their Master of Science degree in Computer Science at Marist College from 2012 to 2013. Before that, they pursued a Master's in Computer Applications (MCA) from ICFAI University, Dehradun from 2005 to 2007. Vikram'sundergraduate studies were completed at Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Mathematics, Computer Science, and Electronics.

In addition to their formal education, Vikram Bhaskar has acquired several certifications to enhance their skills. In 2019, they completed the "Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python)" course from Coursera. In 2017, they obtained the "Implementing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions" certification from Microsoft. Furthermore, they achieved the "VMware Technical Solutions Professional 5" certification from VMware in 2013 and became a "Microsoft Certified Professional" in 2011.
