Reed Casey

Reed Casey, CPA, is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in financial management and assurance services. Currently serving as a Sr. Accounting Manager at Zenas BioPharma since November 2024, Reed previously held roles as Assistant Controller at Myeloid Therapeutics and Finch Therapeutics, as well as Manager of SEC Reporting & SOX at Axcella. Earlier career highlights include a tenure at EY, where Reed progressed from Assurance Associate to Assurance Manager, providing services to various public and private companies in the Greater Boston and New England area. Reed's foundation in finance began with internships in the City of Cambridge Finance Department and the White House Gifts Department. Reed holds a Master of Science in Accounting and an MBA from Northeastern University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the College of the Holy Cross.
