Deepak Pandey

Deepak Pandey is an experienced professional with a significant background in operations, administration, and facilities management. Currently serving as a Director at Teleperformance since September 2018, Deepak also holds the position of Senior Manager for Operations across India at Zenatix Solutions, overseeing end-to-end operational responsibilities including client engagement and cost management. Prior to this, Deepak co-founded and directed Emetica, focusing on client development and building a suite of administrative capabilities. Deepak's earlier roles include Management of Administration & Facility at Grail Research, where responsibilities spanned general management, business continuity processes, and cost optimization, as well as serving as Assistant Manager at Evalueserve, managing government liaising and compliance. Deepak began the career at Vertex Business Services after earning a Bachelor of Commerce degree from St. Michael School.
