Amy Wightman is a dynamic and results-driven software engineering manager with extensive experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality web applications for customer-facing solutions. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Engine since October 2024 and at ZenBusiness since May 2021, Wightman has a proven track record in collaborating with stakeholders to convert business requirements into technical solutions. Previously, Wightman held roles ranging from Principal Engineer at Quest Software to Senior Web Developer for FOX Sports, demonstrating expertise in developing scalable web applications using technologies such as React, Node, and Python.
