Conleth O'Connell

Conleth O'Connell, Ph.D. has extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Conleth is currently the VP of Engineering at ZenBusiness since December 2020. Prior to that, they held various roles at Kony, Inc. Acquired by Temenos, including SVP Products, Client-specific Development, Chief Information Security Officer, and SVP Solution Architecture. Conleth was responsible for leading project teams, developing planning processes, and managing the transition of teams after the acquisition. Additionally, they served as the CTO & CISO at Kimbia - Now GiveGab Enterprise!, leading the development and operational team for large-scale crowdfunding events. O'Connell also worked at Vignette, where they held several roles, including VP - Professional Services, Business Development, VP - Professional Services, and Principal Technologist. Conleth was involved in sales, customer success, and integration efforts. Other notable positions include CTO at Atlas Learning Inc., Senior Software Engineer at HAL Computer Systems, and Director at the Consortium for the Integrated Chameleon Architecture. Conleth also has experience working as a consultant, developing various systems for different organizations.

Conleth O'Connell, Ph.D. holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Computer Science from The Ohio State University, which was completed between 1986 and 1990. Prior to this, they earned their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Computer Science from the same institution from 1984 to 1986. Their undergraduate education was completed at Florida International University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer & Information Science from 1981 to 1984.
