Elizabeth Snoap

Elizabeth Snoap is an experienced training and enablement manager currently leading global initiatives at Zencity, focusing on empowering local governments. Previously, Elizabeth served as an enterprise customer onboarding specialist at Mosyle, where responsibilities included managing the onboarding process for enterprise-level clients. As a senior customer enablement and training manager at HappyOrNot, Elizabeth developed and implemented a successful onboarding program for numerous customers in North America. Earlier in their career, Elizabeth worked as an online instructor and mentor teacher at Florida Virtual School, supporting eLearning students, and as a teacher and department head at Palm Beach County School District, specializing in reading intervention strategies. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary Education with a specialization in English Language Arts from the University of Central Florida.
