Waqar Hasan

Waqar Hasan is the Co-Founder and CEO of Zenda. Waqar has over 15 years of experience in the tech industry, working with some of the biggest names in the business. Prior to Zenda, Waqar was Self Employed. Before that, they worked as the SVP, Analytics at Oracle from January 2017 to December 2018. During their time there, they led a $2B revenue portfolio of analytic platforms and applications with 10K+ customers. Waqar also created and evangelized a new product strategy centered on autonomous analytics. Waqar then worked as the SVP, Information Products and Data Platform at Visa from January 2014 to December 2017. In this role, they were responsible for Visa's data products and data platform. Lastly, Waqar worked as the VP Engineering, Data Systems at Yahoo! from January 2004 to December 2009. In this role, they were responsible for Yahoo!'s data systems.

Waqar Hasan has a PhD in Computer Science from Stanford University and a BS in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology in Kanpur.
