Alicja Antkowiak

Alicja Antkowiak is a seasoned Principal UX Researcher at Zendesk since November 2021, previously serving as a UX Researcher at Facebook from February 2020 to November 2021. Prior to that role, Alicja was a Team Leader and UX Researcher at Allegro.pl from July 2013 to January 2020, where responsibilities included conducting user research, usability testing, and collaborating with design teams. Alicja also served as a Guest Lecturer at Adam Mickiewicz University from October 2015 to January 2020, focusing on exploratory research and innovation in products. Alicja holds a Master of Science in Cognitive Science from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu, completed in 2012, and attended Liceum Ogólnokształcące nr 1 w Poznaniu from 2004 to 2007.
