Chris Tomkins

Chris Tomkins is an experienced technology professional with a strong focus on product solutions and customer engagement in the software industry. Since February 2016, Chris has held various roles at Zendesk, including Product Solutions Manager and EMEA Principal Product Manager for Enterprise Solutions, where responsibilities include collaborating with substantial enterprise customers on strategy and product development. Prior to Zendesk, Chris worked at Oracle in sales consultancy roles focused on Customer Experience solutions and Fusion Middleware, and held positions at BEA Systems and IBM, specializing in business integration products and technical customer support. Chris holds an MSc in Software Engineering from the University of Oxford and an MPhys in Physics with Industrial Placement from the University of Bath.
