Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Operations at Kantar and Senior Vice President of Global Analytics, Insights, and Operations at Oracle, where Dials led initiatives to enhance data-driven insights and customer engagement. At VMware, Dials oversaw a global team of 800, facilitating significant growth from $6 billion to $10 billion in revenue. With a strong foundation at SAP, where revenue nearly doubled under Dials’ leadership in Greater China, and earlier positions at Gartner and Computer Sciences Corporation, Dials has consistently demonstrated a capacity to build and transform operational frameworks to drive business success. Educationally, Dials holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance from Baldwin Wallace University.
