Elisabeth (Elissa) Jensen is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and operations with extensive experience in managing recruitment processes and teams. Currently serving as Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations at Zendesk since March 2019, Elissa focuses on optimizing recruitment tools and automating processes to enhance the experiences of recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates. Prior roles include leading a global team of Recruiting Coordinators and implementing scheduling software at Zendesk, and coordinating recruitment for numerous roles at StatePlus following organizational integration.
