Ghita Laraki is a seasoned professional in account management and sales, currently serving as a Senior Mid-Market Account Executive at Zendesk since June 2024. Previously, Ghita spent over eight years at Zestmeup, starting as a Business Developer and progressing to Key Account Executive and Head of Account Management, where responsibilities included designing upsell strategies and leading the account management team. Ghita's earlier roles include marketing and business development at INOV Insurance & Finance, assistant roles at Havas Media and Bobbies, and sales internships at Vivassur Assureur Conseil and Sud Express. Ghita holds a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship from EBS Paris and has completed various international exchange programs in commerce and business.
