Jian Wei

Jian Wei is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product design and user interface design. Currently serving as the Director of Product Design at Zendesk since May 2013, Jian Wei has held multiple roles within the company, including Design Manager and Lead Product Designer. Jian Wei's work encompasses all facets of the Zopim live chat development process. In addition to responsibilities at Zendesk, Jian Wei contributes as a Design Advisor at Aevice Health since May 2021. Previous experience includes serving as a User Interface Designer in the Singapore Armed Forces, where Jian Wei focused on developing mobile applications for Signals cadets, as well as roles at Zopim Communications and an internship at Yolk. Jian Wei holds a BFA in Interactive Media from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and a Diploma in Digital Media Design from Nanyang Polytechnic.
