Jodi Mason

Jodi Mason is an accomplished sales development professional with extensive experience in leading teams and driving sales strategies. Currently serving as the Director of Sales Development at Zendesk since July 2018, Jodi has progressed through various roles including Senior Manager and Manager of Sales Development. Prior to Zendesk, Jodi held multiple positions at Sage from January 2016 to June 2018, including Sales Development Manager and Sales Leads Manager. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Business Development Representative at Salesforce and an Account Manager position at Dell. Jodi began career experience at Bank of Ireland as a Branch Assistant. Jodi holds a BA (Hons) in English and History from University College Dublin and a Professional Certificate in Financial Advice from the Institute of Bankers.
