Karl Saad

Karl Saad is an experienced professional in the banking and technology sectors, currently serving as an SMB Account Executive for the Middle East at Zendesk since April 2021, after holding the position of Business Development Representative for the MENA region. Prior to Zendesk, Karl worked as an Assistant Relationship Manager at Byblos Bank Europe from November 2019 to April 2021 and as a Credit Appraisal Officer at First National Bank Lebanon from April 2017 to October 2019. Karl's career began with an internship in the Group Corporate Banking department at Bank Audi in June 2014. Karl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Banking & Finance from the Lebanese American University.
