Kevin Miller

Kevin Miller is currently serving as Sr. Director of Marketing Strategy and Analytics at Zendesk since December 2023, previously holding various leadership roles at Qualtrics from April 2015 to December 2023, including Director of Marketing Operations, Strategy, and Analytics. During tenure at Qualtrics, Kevin led the annual marketing planning process, achieved significant revenue goals, and acted as an advisor to both the CMO and COO. Responsibilities included driving pipeline generation through data analysis, improving sales development representative performance, and creating a segmentation model that enhanced prospecting efficiency. Kevin's early career included experience at HP as an Operations and Strategy Intern, and Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Brigham Young University.
