Kristal Donahue

Kristal Donahue has extensive experience in human resources and benefits management, currently serving as Global Benefits Program Manager at Zendesk since May 2019, where previous roles included Global Senior Benefits Partner and Global Benefits Partner. Prior to Zendesk, Kristal held various positions at Spectrum Brands, Inc. from October 2016 to May 2019, including Benefits Analyst and Benefits Coordinator. Kristal's career began with a brief internship at Exact Sciences in 2016 and a significant tenure at Menards from June 2010 to June 2016, where responsibilities included supervising accounts payable and managing HR tasks. Kristal's early experience includes serving as a Human Resources Assistant at Sears, Roebuck and Co. from September 2007 to June 2010. Kristal holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
