Niall McLoughlin

Niall McLoughlin is a seasoned professional with a strong background in business development and account management. Currently serving as a Business Development Representative at Zendesk since May 2024, Niall previously held multiple roles at Unify Ordering, including Account Executive and Customer Success Manager, where responsibilities included leading the buyer division and managing the full sales cycle. Niall also spearheaded a project to create a customer feedback loop between users and the development team. Earlier experience includes a Marketing Executive position at East Coast Bakehouse, focusing on market research and consumer insights, and Event Manager for Dough Bro's Wood Fired Pizza, successfully managing collaborative events. Niall earned a Master’s degree in Food Business Strategy from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Therapy & Rehabilitation from Technological University of the Shannon.
