Oliver Nono is a seasoned leader in customer success with extensive experience spanning over two decades across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Success at Zendesk since June 2017, Oliver oversees a team of 12 Customer Success Managers, focusing on balancing agility in mid-market responsiveness with the strategic requirements of enterprise relationships. Prior to this role, Oliver was the Director of Enterprise Customer Success at Simplee, where efforts led to improved patient engagement and satisfaction. With a foundational career at SS&C Advent, Oliver progressed through several roles, culminating in Senior Manager of Customer Success Management, while also managing complex accounts generating significant recurring revenue. Earlier experience includes providing support at the City of Berkeley and a strong educational background in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
